When Tiffany and I went to Carytown a couple weeks ago I found some fabulous dresses for summer at prices a girl on a budget is happy to pay. I also found an awesome pair of denim heels for $5 brand new! I was so excited about those I had to post about them first thing as I thought that was the deal of the day. I have since realized that is not the case.
Just let me tell you about this dress!
Once I got home and started to look beyond the surface of my treasures, I discovered the tag inside this dress. Why didn't I see it in the store? I only looked at the price tag attached. I got home and really began to analyze the items I found that day. The tag in this dress identifies it as a Jigsaw dress!! Jigsaw is sold in the UK and in seven stores in the US, all of which are on the West Coast. That means L.A. so I was feeling like the luckiest Virginia girl ever to have found such a gem. These dresses usually sell for $100 and up. Second Debut had this priced at $10!!!! Score!! Not a locally obtained brand, only 10% of original cost and in my size!!
I love the fabric of this dress. It reminds me of a watercolor. In the above photo you can see the pattern and my $5 Fahrenheit shoes I found on the same shopping trip!
I love the swirl of the skirts fullness!
When you find such a fabulous dress at budget prices you can rest assured your bank account is in no pain. I love thrift shopping!
Have you found any good deals lately?
