I received this dress from Promgirl.net to review.
Since I am way beyond the Prom, I chose a dress that would work for a fancy holiday party. Or a Homecoming Dance, as my daughter wears the same size as I do and will be wearing this dress to a homecoming dance this Fall.
Morgan, Tiffany and I all tried this dress on and overall we all really liked it.
The fabric and the lace are really nice. The beading and sequin details are perfect. Everything seems to be sewn well and firmly attached.
The finished lace at the hem is nice too.
Here is the back of the dress. It zips up very smoothly and that is important. I have had dresses where the zipper jerked along or would stick. That is annoying and frustrating. I was very glad it went right up with no issues. Also, there is a strap around the inside that helps keep the dress up.
There is one issue that all three of us did not like about this dress:
there is a panel of stiff tulle sewn to the underskirt. This makes the bottom portion flare out more than it should. Also, the edge isn't finished well where it is attached which makes an uneven bumpy line appear on the outer layer.
We believe that without this layer of tulle, the dress would be completely perfect.

All in all, this is a pretty sweet little dress!
This dress is Clarisse 1068. Promgirl.net has a great selection of dresses and not just for Prom or Homecoming.
Thank you PromGirl for asking me to do this review!
