The ladies of Dinner Circle: Me, Hope, and Stacy
The outfit details:
Fashnlvr
Faux fur vest from Kohls over a black ribbed turtleneck worn with black shorts from H&M, black tights and LAMB boots.
Stacy
Silver grey crochet sweater over giraffe print tank, red skinny pants and taupe studded peeptoe booties.
Hope
Grey asymmetrical cardigan over eggplant top layered over a black tank, black slacks with black mules. The Jewelry:
I loved Hope's necklace so much I had to share a closeup with you.
Chris wore his big-faced Akribos watch and the new leather fleur de lis cuff I put in his stocking.
I fell in love with the beautiful emerald, diamond and ruby ring Hope was wearing. She told me it came from Turkey and was a gift from John. It looks like an antique. Isn't it gorgeous?
John, ever the good sport, positioned their wine stopper in between his fingers to look like a ring. I need one of these with my initial on it!
The food:
Stacy made baked spaghetti and meatballs. Stacy is of Italian heritage and makes all her sauces from scratch. This was the best baked spaghetti I have ever eaten. You can see my Blue Razz martini here too.
The friends:
John is holding the napkin to his cheek. Such a ham! To his right: Hope, Keith, Stacy and Chris. Then there is my empty chair!
Chris, Stacy and Keith digging into their spaghetti!
Chilling after dinner:
Chris and Stacy with her dog Buster.
The Shoes:
Stacy saw these napkins and bought them thinking of me and my love of shoes! I might just frame one of these!
Stacy's booties and Chris' shoes from Buckle.
Hope's heeled mules and Keith's Ed Hardy sneakers and my LAMB boot
John's ankle boot and Hope's mules.
John agreed to be our photographer and we just had to mug it up for the camera!
That pretty much sums up the excitement for my weekend.
Saturday I spent adding a new "For Sale" page HERE and taking photos of items. On this new page I will be selling gently or barely worn items from my closet. Check it out!
Sunday I went out with Tiffany to shop for a new TV and somehow we ended up at DSW. I haven't bought the TV yet but I did buy a new pair of shoes.
I want to mention that I have not abandoned my gardening project. The weather has conspired against me so that it is warm and sunny while I am at work during the week and the weekends are cold and rainy. What's up with that???
Also, check out my Giveaway and enter to win!
I hope you all have a fashionable week!
